You must contact us immediately within 24 hours, so we can check it. If problem was occurred from our side or Courier Company haven’t fulfilled it’s duty, then it will be resolved immediately.

All orders have a delivery window of 7 to 14 business days.
Our goal is to deliver all orders within 14 days; however, courier delays may occur, particularly to remote areas.

If you are not available at home, then Delivery man will leave a visiting card at your mail box. Please contact the delivery company within 48 hours, mention your tracking id and rearrange delivery. In case if you provide us incorrect address, your order will come back to us and redelivery charges will apply as per the delivery charges.

You can definitely place an order to a different address rather than your billing address.
When you place your order, just be sure to change the delivery address as per your desired delivery address.
